Biblical Missions (A church planting movement)

Vision:

1. Bring missions back to the New Testament model
2. Form preachers/elders who will lead and plant churches
3. Preach the full counsel of God
4. Start re-producing churches
5. Any social outreach should be ran and lead by the elders of the local church

Objectives:

1. Start reproducing church plant movements in U.S., Mexico, and Central America.
2. Form pastors/elders to lead new Latin church plants
3. Network with church leaders to help each other live and preach the full counsel of God.
4. Train pastors and elders to start their own church planting movements that follow biblical orthodoxy.
5. Focus on the middle/upper, and leadership class of the country in order to best reach all of the country. When Christ changes this class of people they will then be in the right heart and logistical position to help the most underprivileged of society both with the Gospel and with material possessions.

Process of mission:

1. Investigate where the Holy Spirit is working
2. Send preachers/elders to asses what the Holy Spirit is doing
3. Pray for the Lord’s leading in the work
4. Send preachers/elders to preach and teach the whole counsel of God
5. Establish a local body of believers
6. Appoint local elders who will disciple the flock
7. Train the local church elders to start their own church planting movement by sending out their own church leaders.
