Funding and strategy:

1. Networking with other Gospel Centered Churches and individuals who are committed to seeing New Testament churches planted around the world.

2. Fervent Prayer

3. Raise funds through this network of churches and individuals

4. Use national staff when planting overseas rather then strictly North Americans

5. Main pastor/elder may be North American but concentrates on appointing and preparing national elders to run and multiply church planting.

6. Purchase church property that is strategically located in the world's cities. This is much more cost demanding initially but it is the most efficient way to church plant in the long run in order to reach the most people. According to the Book of Acts we are to follow the "trade routes" to know where we are to plant churches geographically.
